My coach helped me think about the situation, and how I could handle it better. Rather than provide solutions, she asked me questions which helped me to identify the appropriate answers. Coaching has boosted my confidence. Speaking to an external coach who will not judge me and is entirely objective is invaluable. Furthermore endorsement from my coach was a real confidence booster. The coaching has been extremely valuable and I would definitely recommend it to anyone as achieving an objective alone is always much more difficult than when you have some support - it is always better to 'divide and conquer'.

Hanna coached me through the first few months of starting my new role. We covered work/life balance, stepping up to a leadership position, planning in advance, negotiating extra resource and creating perception. Hanna was excellent at making me focus on a particular topic each week and examining the options. Hanna has had experience in Business/HR and she is an excellent coach as she can relate to many of the issues that I face. I really felt that she was instrumental in helping me achieving my overall objectives.

Director, Global Investment Bank

Hanna asked me key questions which allowed me to look at the bigger picture and prioritise a list of personal and life goals. Simple questions helped me to put things into context. This top down perspective gave clarity of my successes and in turn this helped boost my confidence. Overall, being able to discuss concerns in an honest and confidential environment was invaluable especially with an individual who has a great deal of HR experience. I would not hesitate in recommending Hanna to any friend or colleague.

Hanna helped me realise the steps I needed to take to achieve my goal of securing a new job....It is amazing to see how small steps towards a goal and positive thinking can get you where you want to be. I start my new job shortly and am convinced that I would not be in this situation if it was not for Hanna's support.
