WHAT IS A PERSONAL COACH?
Do you have a goal that you need help in achieving in the quickest and easiest way?
Are you dealing with a change or transition in your life?
Your coach will help you achieve your personal goals far quicker and easier than if you were operating alone. Your goal can be anything as long as it is personal to you. It could be to get fit, lose weight, address your work/life balance, to relocate, or simply to achieve a goal that to date has just been a dream.
HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
The first session will focus on establishing your goal, gaining background information and forming our coaching relationship. This session can last up to 1.5 hours.
Subsequent sessions of individual coaching will last from 45 mins - 1 hour. These will focus on moving closer to your goal step by step, with the topic for each session being decided by you.
During the coaching relationship, your coach will use a number of models and exercises specially designed to help you move forward and identify a suitable path that is personal and realistic to you.
The session pace will be dictated by you, but will stretch and motivate you to ensure that you achieve your goal. Responsibility for meeting the goal will of course lie with you, but it is the coach's aim to make this as easy and quick as possible.
The number of coaching sessions will depend on the nature of your goal, your timeframe and your availability.
