Hanna Neuborn has over 15 Years Human Resources and Recruitment experience. This has included HR experience from Barclays Wealth, Dresdner Kleinwort, Cazenove Capital Management, leading recruitment/search firms, business schools and universities. 

She has proven experience of working with a variety of clients, from coaching individuals towards securing a new career to stepping into Global corporates to coach and develop staff to increase their performance in the workplace.

A fully qualified professional coach, Hanna holds a number of recognised coaching qualifications; Diploma in Personal Coaching (Distinction), Diploma in Corporate & Executive Coaching (Distinction) and The Advanced Diploma and is a qualified Career Counsellor.  She is also qualified to administer, score and interpret DISC personality profiling.

Hanna has a strong understanding of Human Resources initiatives within Global organisations, with specialist experience in training and developing her clients through all stages of career development planning.

She has gained a thorough understanding of the pressures and demands of a corporate environment during her career and is able to quickly integrate into a business and grasp corporate agendas and priorities. Throughout her career she has built strong lasting relationships with all levels of seniority from junior staff to Managing Director/Board level. She has a natural ability to converse with people, gaining trust through her down to earth and honest approach. Her solid product offering for corporate clients removes the internal burden of developing staff outside core technical training and has proven extremely effective across a number of organisations.

Hanna is a London based coach and has lived in Putney for 19 years. Born in Nottingham, her hobbies include running, cycling, skiing, eating out and anything that involves her own personal development!
